This wouldn't make it possible for a mirrored image...that would make a dubbled struck coin and that wouldn't make a mirrored---that would make 2...

"Normal" handling could say a lot...but what is normal?...this coin hasn't been in cirulation a lot (if my grade is right) and so it should show...
Howdy--- As I have been researching ASE I have learned that the "Milk spots" (I disagree with Spider on this point that it is toning) happen...
Die rotation happened a lot on 2cent pieces....most of the time they have to be rotated more than 15o before they are worth more than the coin...
Look for any CC mint mark as they are all worth a few more $$$. From what you said here and from the photo I would guess that it has been...
