First, it’s made of zinc, second it was minted by a worn die and third it looks like a portion of the rim was bent onto the coins surface.
The only place I see that may be doubled is the 4 but the coin is so worn it’s hard to tell. Knowing copper is soft and easily moved the wear...
The golden toning is nice and appealing to me but that black ring that has formed around the coin on both sides kills it for me. I’d pass on this one.

That’s a true binary. Any 2 numbers will make it a binary note but zeros and ones make it a true binary. At least that’s the terms I’ve heard used...

Unfortunately they are not in the correct order but it is a nice binary note. If you can, keep it.
