BTW....why do you say "most grading companies"...I only know of 3 that will grade problem coins...NCC (I think thats right...they are with NGC)...
He did lower the value...but he also raised the value from when he found it...it had dirt all over it...that was worthless...he cleaned it...made...
Stellas were patterns IMO....they only made 10 of most of them...only 1 date (I think I'm right) had more than 10 minted. Speedy
