Cud’s must touch the rim. I see no doubling. I do see a nice die chip between the 9 and the 6. The top of the 5 took a slight hit.

The die could have been filled with grease or debris, which is common. Copper is also a soft metal and it doesn’t take much of a hit to rearrange...
