    Does anyone know why Proof Franklins have these "field bumps"?

    What are they called and why are they there on all proofs? The coins look smooth and mirrored in-hand, but up close you can see what I'm talking...

    ANACS or ICG? Problem Coins

    Even though ICG has tightened it's grading significantly over the past year, I'd still go with ANACS in your case. They are ranked a bit higher...
