I'm not sure what NGC would do...I would guess they would body bag it because I would call all cleaning improper.... Speedy
This is a good reason on why to get a grading book...I was in your shoes once and thought grading would be hard and I didn't want to do it...now...
I agree with GDJMSP on all counts...I would have thought that since it looks almost like a cut it would have shown on both sides... Speedy

NICE... I sent in a coin to ANACS that came back cleaned too...now I would much rather be safe than sorry so I'm glad they put cleaned on there...
Where in my post did I say anything about it being AU50...?? I didn't...I agree...its a G/VG.....all I said was that I wish I could see the back...
I know that you grade coins by the side that is the lowest but I have yet to see the back of this slab or coin...nobody ever shows it...its always...
I hope that PCGS will list the DD since this is the "first" one...you might have to get Coneca to list it before any grading Co. will list...
