There are coins that are cleaned that have fooled the Big guys in the coin hobby but there is NO way to clean a coin and make it better...even NCS...
But a coin you like...it doesn't have to be a key date...it can be a circulated coins or a un-circulated coin..or a proof coin...but make sure you...
