Wow, I have to say "A happenstance collector". Started as a kid with albums of dimes, pennies and nickels. Always intrigued with "foreign" coinage...
That's usually my go to, but this person wants to sell to a dealer and I am just wondering what an honest dealer would offer.
They look proof, but the packaging is odd. Perhaps someone here knows something.
