You were either looking at fakes or 1995 PF ASE that didn't have the W....the 1995-W is going for about what I said... Speedy
Daggarjon They are bag marks...gold is soft so it almost always has more bag marks then a harder metal like silver or nickel... I don't see any...
IMO they grade better than the others in most cases.... Sometimes I have seen them overgrade a coin but as the case with all grading Co's. they...
I would guess that inside that box is a bag and in the bag is the quarters....when you buy a Mint Set it comes in a cardboard box like that.......
There are 2 1995 Proof ASE...the one with the W Mint mark is valued at $6000 or maybe a little less....the other one is valued at about $200-$300...
I would guess a little over melt price...its been cleaned and the sand and water didn't help it any I bet.... Speedy

On FSB and FBL NGC is harder to get so in the end they will be better....on FSB PCGS says that only the middle band must be full and NGC says that...
