I agree--I have a Buff nickel from 1935 that is graded MS63....I think it would go MS64 but the value isn't worth it... Speedy

Rattles.....because the coin will rattle or turn in the slab sometimes...the slab is lose and the coin will "rattle" in it....I've never heard of...
