First this I did (after starting coffee) was come back to watch this. Tickles the heck out of me.
I can’t snap a decent photo to save my life. But I do love a Franklin. Nice work! Wish I could snap a photo that well.
If you look at that mark. Then look closely at the edge of any quarter. I bet you could match up the reeding (uneven edge of a quarter) with those...
Stick with it. It’s the hobby of kings.... And us regular folk too! It does seem like a lot to take in. I collected feverishly until the 1990’s...
Hi... AT stands for artificial toning. An unfortunate current fad among unscrupulous folks looking to turn a quick buck by damaging a coin.
I really like your ideas. My only suggestion would be to pair down the mint offerings substantially. There is just too many variables available...
Last update on my boy. Mass removed from side and chest. Small mass removed from tonsil. Spleen removed. Internal mass that had ruptured was...

The really sad thing is... This could have been an interesting area in numismatics if it hadn't been completely ruined by the fast buck artists.
I hope I am not breaking forum rules here. My head isn't square today with my dog in the hospital...... I am like you. I am all into US coinage...
Because this is now a dog thread (talk about making lemonade from lemons).... This sweet guy is having cancer surgery today. My heart is hurting....
Yeah... The telling thing on these is that the lettering is inverted or mirrored. Won’t find any inverted designs on mint dies.
Yous guys.....
