Un-Circulated and Circulted are 2 grades... Unc-Circulated stands for a coin that has no wear... Circulated stands for a coin that shows...

I think it would have gone VF if not for the cleaning...you can see the cleaning part on the the eagle....it looks like hairlines all going one...
