Right.... I would agree with that to a point....if you are looking to sell...go with PCGS or NGC...if you just want them for your collection NGC...
There are 4 Grading Co. worth your time... NGC/PCGS/ANACS/ICG....post the date and mintmark and grades and maybe we can suggest a little better...
I would either go with NGC or ANACS for this coin....more than likely if I was planing on selling it I would go NGC. Speedy

I would go with the 3 legged Buff.....sure its a oddity--some call it an error but IMO they are harder to find... a S VDB is fine...you might can...
I also think that most of the time it depends on if the graders are having a good day or bad day.... PF69 and 70 are soo close I have a problem...
