NGC capped bust halves bring terrible money. You can readily find NGC AU55's for AU50 money, and AU58's for less than $600.
The first one is AU. They screwed you on that one.
PCGS has been more conservative as of late. So I'll guess they'll say MS65+ Wait 4 months and send it in and you'll get a 66 or better.
