Well I got it for about F price in a PCI holder....after looking at many many photos of coins in NGC and PCGS holders graded F and VF I thought...
For Morgan dollars I think NGC is harder.....see what GDJMSP says.... Speedy
The cent came back MS64B.....I think the reason the color looked off was that I lighten the photo alittle.... Speedy

Carl If the photos are just blurry get magnifing glass and hold it next to the camera and take the photo when the coin looks clear from your end...

More than likely its been plated....search this forum for Plated and you will see tons of such coins. They aren't worth anything other than 1...

That is where you must use a little trust....but its not going to happen that they change your coin...if they did and it got out they would lose...
I would ask him why so high....tell him that you will pay just what it costs plus $1-$2 extra....tell him that ebay has a rule about hitting...
It costs about $25 per coin.... What I was going by is what is on the holder.....since when we look up prices that is what it will go by. Speedy
