I still look for the Virgin Mary in my Corn Flakes. Lots of money for that on eBay.
A smidge more luster on the obverse and it'd be a 65. The reverse has it for sure. Great great coin!
I agree. Too much could go wrong. Could be reversed before it's finalized. I just think there's a chance that since the old cert number is not...
@BadThad - can acetone be used before or after Verdi-Care on these? Probably won't receive the Verdi-Care in the mail until Wednesday next week....
The one that breaks my heart is the one with the worst reverse corrosion near the rims and it has some obverse scratching. It's an UNC.

I don't have pics on hand at the moment. It's an 1880 CC Morgan dollar MS66+ PL. I think it's a DMPL, but I'll also take a 67 lol.

It's a long shot that anyone would know the answer to this but... I have a coin there now. Sent it Express service and it should be Monday before...
I bet someone tried several times to turn a screw with it.
Wonder if there are any vasectomy practices there... or major traffic problems... or plastic surgeons. Lol
Turns out there's a town called Cut Off, Louisianna. Lmao! At the time, all I could read was "Depart post office, CUT OFF." So I messaged the...
Thick skin is priceless. IMO, as long as you were correct that they are counterfeits, you did well by posting it here and asking others to help...

I'll be impressed when you post the 1828 O-123 and 123a. ;)
