    I wasn't sure it was the RPD when I offered. But I figured $15 was well worth a regular 1865 that looked AU50 to my eye.

    No idea if it's circulated or not.

    It has nice luster on both sides and sort of cartwheels when you turn it. There are no hairlines. But once again, I'm having trouble seeing wear...
