I would take it to a dealer and ask to have them send it to NGC. The only ones that would let you send it in is PCI and ANACS....they are both ok...

They would have graded it after they had taken it out of the capsule... THey are one and the same....PCGS uses DCAM and NGC uses Ultra CAM....
