Your dealer is pulling legs---no one knows what coin is first struck or not....a coin can be struck on DEC 31st and be a first strike. Speedy

I would pass--it is pretty easy to find a nice 1931-S cent in MS.... I have used Acetone to remove fingerprints and they went away...some totaly...

They used to be but right now they are HOT IMHO---I rememebr them selling for about $70 for a nice one....now most are selling for over $150....
