Nice post. I had a half dime with 3 of these exact same areas on it, hidden beneath toning spots. Someone tried to scratch away the spots. UGH!

Just a guess... but grading each coin will be what... $15 a piece, times 9 coins plus the holder, plus $26 shipping. It would be a lot.
