The luster on this one looks different from the luster of the 1851-O to me, both in hand and in the pics. I tend to agree with the TPG on this...

I should disclose that I completely disagree with the grade this one received, so those who may happen to guess the TPG grade correctly are still...

Well @Insider the first thing I see aside from the weird color and angle of the pic is.... hairlines from being cleaned. Final answer.
I see no evidence of whizzing whatsoever. Cleaning is more accurate. Whizzing does much more damage. But the reality is we will never know with...
