Using only that picture, I'm about 80% sure this is the O-107.
Show us the whole coin and even fuzzy, we may be able to i.d. the Overton for you.

FWIW, everyone, the PCGS one is not cleaned or anything. It's an improperly mixed alloy. Pretty clear when you see it in hand, like many Wheat...
