very interesting looks like copper coated/annealed or just damage from exposure to high heat then got cold really fast which causes color like...
agreed just damage/issue's from circulation for 26 years very common.
pictures of the whole coin front and back
need full pictures could be grease filled die or just circulation wear most likely only worth 1 cent wait for others opinions.
