Terrific luster + minimal marks + splash of color + 5 FS = PCGS MS66 FS.
In my experience, NGC upgrades my PCGS Jefferson's. And sometimes adds FS where PCGS didn't!

I think it's XF40, but the TPG'S don't know how to grade this die state properly, so it'll end up in a VF holder.
It is the high leaves reverse... a tough coin to find yet no one seems to pay a premium for them. PCGS will put that variety on the label, however.
