If you are talking about my op coin its not vf it has luster so it's at least au looks much better in hand.
I think it's worthless doubling but not sure mint mark looks like an rmp unless it is a true doubled die.
in person I can see some small scratches on the coin to also back up my explanation of being dipped/rim toining spots not marks.
The plastic might be involved but there is a couple smaller nicks along the rim but thats it you might be mistaking marks for black spots along...
