Its appears to be environmental toining/damage it just looks that way not a mint error.
A common date with a mintage of around 500,000 to 600,000 its worth around $1,000-1,100 it looks mint state to me.
I barley have any room to keep the hundreds of wheaties i have and collect more.
I can get rolls my bank is open but I can't get any boxes of coins but some people are my question is are some banks hoarding them and not giving...
My last box of coins was 9 months ago haven't been able to get another since.
