You don't have to buy rolls for example buy a lot of 50 silver dimes/rolls worth for around $100 as long as there are pictures of the actual coins...

Au50 is really not hight enough grade no the polishing lines won't effect the value its a small premium over melt i say around $30-$40 at the most...
You have to destroy the case i think like ngc and pcgs an exacto knife would open it just fine without much damage.

Nice in the old soap holder's there's nothing wrong with coins certified by other grading companies besides ngc or pcgs.
