Yes pvc flips are dangerous for any coins especially old copper if you still have coins in them take em out
Yup its pretty rare if real the 2x2 its in looks as old as the coin lol which might help it being authentic but coins like these are often faked...

I know it was a Grease filed die just thought kind of an expert needed to confirm it because its me!!!!!!
By ebay sales and listing this could be worth $100-$600 if real and authenticated.
Or it could be missing clad layers/parcial odd how its on both sides though it might be possibly fake?if it is real and its a state quarter this...

if its a silver quarter with a Grease filled die nothing more than $10 but no less than melt regular clad quarter i would say around $5 or less...
