If that photo is accurate I think QC. (Questionable color.) There are 2 1864's. One is copper/nickel which can have a slight silvery appearance....

IDK what you are asking. It looks like a regular 1959. They are very common, there's no reason to fake anything. Unless I am missing something.
I think stamp collectors prefer their stuff not to be canceled or glued.
On the 1827 there is a rare flat top 1, yours is pointed. And on the 1829 there is a super valuable curl base 2. Yours seems square. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]

Agree with Paddy. But, would need photos, if they were replated then yes. If they are AU and uncleaned then no.
The ones that are in good shape are around a dime or 15 cents. The S mints in good shape bring a little more. Yours are beat up. 3-5 cents.
