It looks legit to me but for the series it’s not a low mintage coin.

I’d leave her be. Definitely a MS-64 and should make a MS-65.
Those marks definitely hold her back to a MS-63 grade in my opinion.
I’d say it’s a MS-63, 64 on a good day. It should be around $75.
