Some coins should only be purchased if graded but in general, it depends on the coin you are buying.

To me the obverse has circulation damage and die chips. The reverse looks more like a die chip than anything else.

Not a cud as they must touch the rim. To me it looks like the bottom of the 7 took and hit as it’s been flattened.
I’m thinking it was a dark spot but then it really doesn’t matter. All that matters is they did destroy the coin.
Save your money as I don’t think they are welcome of the grading and shipping costs.
