Honestly, it's really tough to tell with the seller's pics. Seems overexposed or something. If you buy one, post your own pics so we can compare.

Maybe so. But the dark areas on the right obverse don't seem to be there in the NGC scan. Tough to say for certain, though.

I saw an NGC Morgan he sold the other day that I believe had been gassed. Can't remember the date or grade. It came up in completed sales.

This is why I buy ANACS coins, but don't submit coins to them.
To me it qualifies as an MS64. But even then, 64's can be had on Heritage frequently for around $1100 (not CACed). I don't see any varieties for it...

The obverse has touches of luster. Just a touch, but it is there. Love this coin.
The time pressure was REAL. After 2 coins, then guy hosting it said to me. "You're running behind." But it was neat. The points system was weird....

I vote no. Washington DDOs and DDRs are tough to attribute, though, because of the shallow strikes and rounded letters and devices.
