What? No 38-O??? LAME!
I want that 1807 bustie! Nice haul!
Nice! What did it grade?
Looks too far gone to me.
I still think despite the damage, someone will give $750 for it. Put it on eBay for $1100 or best offer and see what happens.
Is that real? Doesn't look right, but I can't blow up the images to tell.
What does that translate to in USD? This one was part of a complete set I recently bought. Same set the 1859 and 1860 in this thread came from.
I know. But I'm proud of my (barely) F12 1877. These are coveted in any grade that isn't covered in pitting.

$70! It's currently at PCGS. Looks like a dusty, crusty AU53 to me. Really good luster throughout. Typical weak strike. [ATTACH]
This one is at PCGS. It looks better in-hand, than in my over-done pic. I paid to get a trueview. [ATTACH]
I believe this is a Mint Error. Stuck on a tapered planchet. But I may be wrong.
$45. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
Back in order:. 1870 Shallow N reverse. 1871 is next. [ATTACH]
Yes I do. I know a guy with several registry sets. He's ranked no. 2 in one category. The higher the grade on the holder, the more points the coin...
I've been fooled with old gold before.
I'm a big fan of gold beans, too, but the registry set guys want the grade on the holder, for the points. So a gold bean doesn't help them "win."
This one fetched $700 on eBay. VERY rare variety. [ATTACH]
