I think for MOST bills, you are in the general ballpark. The relationship as you go up higher in quality certainly increases at a parabolic rate....

The fact that the person didn't see ANY value in the posts and lacked the rigoruous financial mind to ascertain relevant and irrelevant text...
I believe they are automatically withdrawn by banks if found, just like any denominations larger than a $500 bill.
