I don't think its certified,people put GTG all the time for not slabbed coins by a mistake and they don't know what it actually means.

I don't always buy slabbed coins but for the coins your buying raw i wouldn't and heritage is great.
Without photos can't give a clear answer but i don't think anything can be done there on the coin for eternity.
