It is Uncirculated and genuine. The color doesn't bother me but the surfaces look altered. Just going off pics...
It has been lightly cleaned. Nice AU55 otherwise. If it goes to PCGS it will say AU Details Cleaning. It doesn't appear to match the MPD variety...
