If you just bought the coin I’d leave as is. You can always remove it later. If your unsure about removing it yourself, go to your local jeweler.

MD is for Mechanical Doubling DDD is for Die Detonation Doubling Both are only worth the face value of the coin and considered worthless doubling.

There is a world of difference between a doubled die and doubling caused by a worn die.
