I'll say VF30.
While I certainly will not knock ebay, I will say I would not buy a slabbed coin with bad pictures. There are some technical graded...
No - not really. To really grade it you need to look for imperfections, which could not be seen with tiny pictures. As it is I agreed with PR70...
You'll do fine stainless. You put forth the effort and it will work out in the long run.
I agree - just hold on to it.
I agree. That is a cool coin. And I believe the reverse would give away that the coin was not an 1877.
Cool find. No clue about a price.

Yep - Keep looking. I finally found one of the extra cactus Arizona coins. Lots of errors not yet discovered. Searching is part of the fun. :)
Yep - why I guess PR70 on the other auction. Same grade on this coin.
Probably PR70 Ultra cameo from NGC. Just a guess.
Yep - bust half nut club.
Sounds like you both had fun. Share some pict's of the prizes.

Cool story!
Yes - I would buy them. At the same time I would not flip them - I like nice plain average coins like this. I do not need MS stuff all the time....
Don't forget that attributing the coins will play a factor in determining a price.
Just curious all the proof 1945 4 pence coins are centered perfectly? Do the proofs also come with squared off rims and denticle? I have no clue...
