    just drop it into a jar with acetone for a few minutes. That tape res will fall off in minutes. and then let it air dry ,, Acetone dry vert fast....

    Im gonna say the 1914-D is F to VF as the Reverse has a nice sharp strike and shows very little wear compaired to the Obverse. The 1909-S is XF45...
