That coin is a solid MS-64 BN by photograding with the possibility of 65/66 in hand. From what I can tell, there's hardly a hit on it....beautiful...

Very nice coin, the obverse rim is unusual, the coin needs to be weighed to see if it exceeds 3.11 g.

There's no wear or rubs on the coin, if you're seeing it, it's an artifact of my photography.....no picture is perfect. I too net graded the coin...
