Save yourself some brain-work: http://www.coinflation.com/
Sorry....I meant to say I like the HALF size 2x2's better! DOH!
I understand the glare problem on slabs...they are tough to photo! That's a really nice looking reverse too!
SWEET looking coin!
I save them, why not? They are easy enough to separate and toss into a 5-gal pail. Even if inflation were to eat at them, I believe the copper...
I agree with that. From the pictures it looks pretty darn red to me. Post a pic of the reverse for us.
Yes, I prefer the ring to the direct fit Airtites. I use either half or quarter 2x2's, I like the quarter size a little better, the Airtite fits...
They are Cowens PVC-free pages! I put that whole binder into a super large ziplock bag with a couple huge dessicants packs. Then that whole thing...
Great coin! Congrats!
Very common not the 50's cents, not worth any premium actually IMO.
1998,1999,2000...a 1996 was found by Billy Crawford, but stolen and it was never validated by a secondary source.
I love Airtites, there's no beating them and the cost is small when you buy them in bulk. I buy 100 count boxes from here:...
You will find a WAM if you keep looking. The most common is the 2000 WAM, then the 1998 and the 1999 is the rarest. I was VERY lucky to find this...
Most banks will "sell" you a box of cents. I get them all the time to search. Found at 1999 WAM just last night that's worth about $150.
....and that's a good one to have! Nice coin!
Yea, that woody is just unreal....it really DOES look like wood. LOL
Thanks everyone! Now I have a mate to go with my 1999 CLAM proof!
That's how I found this post. LOL
Here's another for your enjoyment!
I know you got wood brother....your wood collection is nothing short of amazing! :kewl:
