I say MS-63. It doesn't look to me to be rubbed or worn, or even cleaned. It's not a $50 coin, either, but a nice example of what it is.

I disagree, Bob. I don't think the coin looks overdipped at all. It looks AMAZINGLY clean, but IMHO the luster looks intact.
