It is definitely a grease filled die. These errors are pretty common and it adds very little premium.
The notegeld assessment is correct. I just sold one of these same pieces in a little better condition for $90 about a month ago.

This coin looks more then just dipped, it looks polished to death. It was prob a really nice Au that was polished up to make it look new... I see...
