Looks (maybe) like something corrosive came into contact with the coin, and peeled back a layer of metal.
Lost cause, and a waste of money.......that coin is so bloody ugly. I can't believe that a 'scan' would be so miserably off base.
The reverse looks '65 to me.......the obverse, '63.......net at '64.
