1.35 grams lighter than it should be. It just looks like wear, post mint damage and a reverse, grease-filled die to me.
I can buy 90% of the coins seen on ebay at far lower prices from my dealer or a show.
The only real collector interest from these are when they are MS and very nice.
It could almost be a 63 IMO.
The right obv field hit and stains better hold it back.
