Not in this case. I have a die adjustment strike and it looks nothing like this coin. I just don’t have a photo to show you.
All depends on the coin, it’s grade, date and mint mark and how harshly it was cleaned.

Silver Eagles are bullion, nor coins and that one has been messed with. Not original by and means.

Looks like the edge was flattened or close to it as if someone was trying to create an error but gave up as it became too much work.
