Nice off center cent. Here’s 3 of mine. You didn’t include a photo of the reverse so compare to mine. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
Definitely not a mint error and definitely dried rubber like adhesive.
Just use 2 x 2 coin flips.
Perfect good for a nice Type Set.
As explained above by both members. In short, it was minted by a worn die.
What a nice find! That’s for informing us that your Sister-in-Law is a Dumpster Diver. Lol, really it’s amazing what one can find. One person’s...

It took a good hit but copper is soft and on coins it’s easily moved. PMD
Your photos don’t come up for me either.
I think that it was purchased at a beach shop and lost a short time later. Definitely a copy of the real thing.
Congratulations on finding them. I have seen a single 2024 coin in circulation.
Congratulations on your find. :)
I’m not seeing any mint errors, just mild damage.
Someone must have gone to the bank and gotten some ones that were sequential and spent them in the same stores you shopped in about the same time.
It’s been harshly cleaned, unfortunately, but it does look genuine.
Sorry but I have no idea. If I was going to buy a good coin I would put the money into a pre 1933 gold coin.
The items placed in soap can cause scratches on coins, even your car. There are non abrasive soaps, like Dawn, but they can still cause scratches.
It looks close but I think it’s a different ink from that of the BEP. I can’t think of anything in the process that would cause that kind of smearing.
That nickel has been damaged after it left the mint.
From your photos the mark appears to be a different color so not from the BEP.
