It all depends on the coin, but in general, I find RB copper far more attractive than pure brown, particularly in mint state grades...Mike

You should be able to find a nice gem proof(s) for that kind of money. Look for ones with nice mirrors. Finding a well struck business strike...

I suspect the eBay photo of Ed's coin is overexposed, and in-hand it is much more attractive and original than the photos suggest. I say this...
