Definitely not a doubled die coin. Just doubling from a worn die which is extremely common.
If you contacted them they may be willing to correct that label. In the future people will go by the label.
I don’t care if Walmart is selling for Apmex or selling Apmex owned coins, I wouldn’t buy any coins from Walmart or a company like them.

Probably an F-12 but it has been cleaned in the past. Still respectable but I think it would receive a details grade from a TPG.
Hopefully a last minute bid will take it. You could tray and contact eBay to have your bid removed. Of course you can always just not pay for it.
