I have to agree with the assessment of a reproduction. The lettering looks odd to me not to mention the surfaces.
It probably had glue or something like that on it that was removed.
If I remember right it was identified as S-189 but It could be wrong. I am by far an expert on these varieties. I'll defer to the experts on this...
